We ordered several items from the website, some of which were out of stock. The company substituted several items which were of higher value at the lower price, to compensate for the change in our order. Nabil was very gracious and helpful during our On Line Chat. After the first experience, I went back On Line and ordered more!! The shipment came as promised and when promised. We couldn’t be happier!!
