Fast access, smart attachment This version of the Quick Release Buckle comes pre-mounted on a durable CORDURA® laminate VELCRO® flap, designed specifically for use with our Hybrid Plate Carrier. Simply tuck the flap under the front panel of the carrier – no tools, no sewing. When combined with a quick-release cummerbund, this creates a fully modular setup for rapid donning and doffing.
